Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms (with AC). Big living room with dining table, sofa bed and kitchen. Modern bathroom. Spacious kitchen. Nicely decorated and maintained. Well lit. Right above via Toledo (shopping street). Easy access by Metro and Taxi. Definitely again.
The flat is spacious, very clean, well equipped and conveniently located (10min walk to Amedeo station. 15min walk to Via Toledo) Wifi is fast and stable.

Such good value for money, the property is located on Via Toledo which is a great place to stay in Naples. The windows were brilliant at blocking out the noise from the street. The bed was very comfy, the host was very helpful via WhatsApp and allowed us to leave bags before room was ready
Very comfortable, well equiped apartment with perfect view! Location is really great, only 2 min to metro station and 5 min to via Toledo, 10 mins to Spanish quarters and around 25 to centro storico.
Location perfect. Hotel overlooks the Via Toledo with lots of shops and eating places literally up every side street. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room cleaned to high standard and fresh towels every day, which was great.
The host, Andrea, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with any questions or needs we had. The location of Tredici Boutique Room is fantastic, with many key attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore the port, the San Carlo Theatre, and Via Toledo, among other popular sites. The central positioning made it incredibly convenient to experience the best of Naples.

The apartment is in a great location. Right next to the Monastery of St. Chiara, 5 minutes' walk from via Toledo and two metro stations: Toledo and Dante. The most important places to see are within walking distance. The apartment is clean, with 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. Contact with the owner was very quick and efficient. Enzo was very helpful. After checking out, we left our backpacks at the property, which made it easy to explore the city. I recommend this place to stay in Naples!
This was a perfect base from which to explore Naples. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable and located within easy walking distance of major sights and the hustle and bustle of the Spanish Quarter and Via Toledo. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Roberta, who was quick to respond to any questions and flexible with arrival and departure times. Would highly recommend this apartment.
