The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the Piazza IV Novembre. The rooms are clean and the street is not so noisy. Michele, the host, is so polite and helpful. And the breakfast just perfect. A nice place to stay in Perugia.

Pleasantly surprised to find breakfast provided in the room and replenished every day. A very satisfying croissant and French toast with jam. Delicious.
Short, atmospheric walk to the main centre. Perugia not suitable for the immobile and the hotel did have two flights of stairs but easy steady climb and worth it for the bedroom views.
Kettle and fridge in the room and the most amazing shower. Really comfy bed. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
