The staff was extremely understanding. It seemed that the ferry was not leaving at the specified time, so they extended our reservation. When it turned out that it still works, we were able to leave without compensation.

The location was good but you will definitely need to rent a car to properly go to all of the island.
The surrounding area of the hotel was beautiful and it was very peaceful.
