Very welcoming & friendly staff. Quick check in to a clean spacious room. Comfortable large bed, superb shower, big TV. The staff were excellent all week, and recognised us by name. The courtyard with the bar and various restaurants was great - good variety on your doorstep.

Great Location: The hotel is located right on Poetto Beach, making it convenient for beach access and beautiful views.
Beach Facilities: The hotel offers towels for €3 to rent, which was very handy for beach trips. They also provided shower facilities for €10 when we had a late flight, allowing us to freshen up with towels and shampoo without having to pay for an extra night.
Comfortable Room: The room was really good—comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay.
Excellent Restaurant with discounted price: The restaurant besides the hotel (Litus Restaurant) was excellent, offering a 10% discount for hotel guests. The food was amazing, especially the linguine with clams, which was one of the best we had in Sardinia. The restaurant is highly rated on Google, and it lived up to the reviews.
Good Entertainment Options: The TV had a great variety of entertainment, including Sky Sports and access to Netflix and other streaming services, which made relaxing in the room enjoyable.
Polite and Helpful Staff: The staff were extremely polite, always available to help, and gave great suggestions for places to visit and eat.
Shuttle Service: The hotel provided a punctual shuttle service to the airport at a fair price (€ 35), and it was convenient that they accepted card payments for the service

Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the accommodation is bang in the middle of the Marina, a corner away from great places to lunch dine and enjoy aperitivo and a walk away from the shopping street and the lively Piazza Yenne.
The flat is fantastic And the view of the rooftop is Worth a milion. The host was very helpful and we felt looked after all the time. Very close to Piazza Yenne, which is the heart of Cagliari.
A very lovely, clean and welcoming place in the centre of Cagliari between Bastione Saint Remy and Piazza Yenne. Andrea, the owner of the place, was very helpful and a real gentleman. Highly recommended!
The apartment was spatious, well-furnished and equipped for a holiday visit.
The stone details and the wooden ceiling made the experience truly unique and reminiscent to the area in which the apartment is located (Castello).
The location of the flat was also convenient, being close to many famous landmarks, such as the Torre dell'Elefante, the Bastione di Saint-Remy and the Porta Christina.
Nearby, at Piazza Yenne one can find a grocery store, sufficient for basic shopping and daily necessities.
It was a lovely flat in a brilliant location..right in the heart of the old city. Very near the amphitheatre and the botanical gardens and the lively Piazza Yenne. We had a wonderful stay there as a couple using it as a base to explore the city of Cagliari..
Great location about 8 mins walk to piazza Yenne, spacious appartment, 5 mins walk to Cagliari station (one stop from Cagliari Elmas Airport) and bus station. Air conditioning a real plus and beds were comfortable.

No 7 bus takes you directly to Piazza Yenne thourgh the center. Bus stop is abt 160 m which is a big bonus.
