The apartment was beautifully furnished, in true operatic style, including a terrace with views over the red Veronese rooftops. The fridge was filled with goodies for breakfast and snacks, with water and wine too. We had absolutely everything we needed, including comfort and luxury.
The apartment is perfectly situated by Piazza Erbe with a market, shops, cafes and restaurants, plus some of the main attractions. It is a short straight walk to the main Piazza Bra, Roman amphitheatre, and buses.

The apartment was perfect. Everything we needed was available. The bed was perfect, the bathroom was clean and the whole place had a wonderful smell!

Casa Italia is located in a residential area which is only 14 mins walk away from Piazza Bra centre where the Arena is, and easily accessible to Verona Porta Nuova train station. Its owner, Luciano is very responsive, extremely helpful and recommended superb restaurants frequented by locals. Definitely recommended for travellers who are planning to commute to other cities and wish to experience staying in an Italian apartment away from the hustle bustle of tourist crowd.
Very comfortable apartment one minute away from the Arena. All the other sights within easy reach. Also very handy to catch a bus from Piazza Bra up to the station for visits to Padua, Mantova and Lake Garda. Some lovely local restaurants just away from the main tourist area.

Very modern and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and I loved the little balcony for my morning coffee and my evening glass of wine in the sun. Supermarket very nearby and just a short walk to the Arena and all the Piazza Bra with lots of restaurants and bars. Arianna a super host with very good communication and seems like a lovely person. Would highly recommend her lovely apartment.
Location was excellent - close to train station and an easy walk into Piazza Bra. We were offered an apartment in the neighbouring building which was larger than the standard room (however didn't see the standard room so can't compare). Breakfast was very good and served in the Secret Garden space.
Perfect location - max 10 minutes to Piazza Bra'. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Blackout blinds meant a great night's sleep! The room was cleaned really well every week day. So useful to have a fridge in the room and free coffee machine in the shared area. Very friendly and welcoming host. Very small guest house and I felt very at home here for my 6-day stay in Verona. I would definitely recommend this guest house.
The hotel is listed as 4star but our experience from start to finish was totally 5 star. Mara on reception was amazing, helped plan our trips and nothing was too much trouble. Sara and James the waiting staff were also brilliant. The location is an excellent quiet base only short walk to piazza Bra and the arena. Would totally recommend
