Staff, location, cleanliness and of course Mia the hotel dog. The breakfast was delicious and the little courtyard outside was perfect. The roof top bar was a lovely place to have late night drinks.

The location was perfect for exploring Verona. Breakfast was excellent and always plenty of choice. We booked a superior double room which was very small and you had to “reverse” around each other to get to the balcony. Same thing with the bathroom, if one was in then you had to close the door, sit on the loo, open the door and let the other one in!

Brilliant location, just off main Piazza. 5 mins in a taxi from Porta Nuova station. Everything within walking distance. The room was a good size with a massive bed. 2 balconies. Large bathroom with good shower. Minibar limited. Check in very easy and info about local sightseeing provided. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, but you have to ask for coffee. Would happily stay there again.

Location was excellent - close to train station and an easy walk into Piazza Bra. We were offered an apartment in the neighbouring building which was larger than the standard room (however didn't see the standard room so can't compare). Breakfast was very good and served in the Secret Garden space.
Perfect location - max 10 minutes to Piazza Bra'. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Blackout blinds meant a great night's sleep! The room was cleaned really well every week day. So useful to have a fridge in the room and free coffee machine in the shared area. Very friendly and welcoming host. Very small guest house and I felt very at home here for my 6-day stay in Verona. I would definitely recommend this guest house.
A great apartment very well situated between the station and Piazza Bra. Bus stop right outside. Used the ATV bus app which is excellent. Lunch place a few steps away. Bars 2 minutes away. PAM supermarket a few minutes away. Bakery in the same building complex. Well equipped and comfortable. Big lift. Nice balcony. Great shower.
The hotel is listed as 4star but our experience from start to finish was totally 5 star. Mara on reception was amazing, helped plan our trips and nothing was too much trouble. Sara and James the waiting staff were also brilliant. The location is an excellent quiet base only short walk to piazza Bra and the arena. Would totally recommend
The hotel was in an ideal location, close to caffès, Piazza Bra and amphitheatre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault the facilities and breakfast was generous.

Location is very central, less than 10mins walk to Piazza Bra and Arena. We stayed here because we attended a concert in the Arena. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Check in and breakfast were at another hotel few meters away. Breakfast was very good , a lot of food to choose from.
Great place. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent location close to the Arena and Piazza Bra. The host Raffaella was fantastic, welcomed us, provided a map and gave lots of tips for our stay and sightseeing. Highly recommended!
Lovely attractive apartment conveniently situated in a quiet area just off Piazza Bra. Easy walking to The Arena , city walls, river, and buses so perfect for getting around the city and beyond. Many local restaurants, shops, and a left luggage store in the same street if you arrive/ leave early/ late.
