The hotel was situated in a wonderful location on the high part of the cliffs overlooking the bay of Sorrento. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly (especially the reception team and pool man). Upon arrival we were informed by the reception team that they had upgraded our room (free of charge) to one with a garden view.
There is a free shuttle bus service that runs hourly between the hotel and Sorrento town.
The swimming pool was a good size and very deep. The temperature was perfect as well.
The bar has a great selection of drinks. On Monday night they had a DJ which played great music.

I’d highly recommend going to the beach near the hotel instead of the ones in the centre of Sorrento as it’s way less crowded and more affordable so a much more pleasant and relaxing experience.
They have a shuttle that goes to and from Sorrento centre which was very handy instead of getting a bus or train. They also helped us book ferries into positano and amalfi and a cheap coach service to Napoli airport.
Hotel Angelina gives you affordable accommodation and an excellent service in the historic centre of Sant’Agnello, 400 metres from the station. Catch the train to Sorrento in 2 minutes.
