Great location in centre next to lots of restuarants. Hotel organised parking and shuttle service which worked very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with great choice served at table which was nice . Room was large and very comfortable.

Lovely cave room. Enjoyed the spa - better than expected. Staff were really lovely and very helpful with good restaurant recommendations and interesting facts about the hotels. Ask to see the Cistern filling. Hotel has been sympathetically restored and rooms were well fitted out. Security is good. Rooms are laid out over several areas (the nature of the caves) and there will be steps. Car parking recommended was difficult to find (carparks issue, not hotel - it is on opposite side of road).

The hotel is splendidly located, at a 2 minutes walk from the Palombaro Lungo and about 5-10 minutes from the Sassi. The rooms are well organised and nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The breakfast was one of the best in Italy, with a large variety of foods, both salty and sweet, fresh fruits and a good choice of beverages.
The property is located just 300 meters from Palombaro Lungo and within walking distance of iconic attractions like the MUSMA Museum and Casa Grotta nei Sassi, so in an excellent position for guests to explore on foot.
Location for both train station, shopping, historical centre, Palombaro lungo cistern visit & Francesco the manager was very helpful with letting us leave our luggage early & also arranging a walking tour in english & also letting us into the property when the key pad had a wobble & we liked the complimentary breakfast at the Gelataria / Cremeria Dell Angelo round the corner
