The hotel is splendidly located, at a 2 minutes walk from the Palombaro Lungo and about 5-10 minutes from the Sassi. The rooms are well organised and nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The breakfast was one of the best in Italy, with a large variety of foods, both salty and sweet, fresh fruits and a good choice of beverages.

Location for both train station, shopping, historical centre, Palombaro lungo cistern visit & Francesco the manager was very helpful with letting us leave our luggage early & also arranging a walking tour in english & also letting us into the property when the key pad had a wobble & we liked the complimentary breakfast at the Gelataria / Cremeria Dell Angelo round the corner

The location was super close to the main square where the Palombaro Lungo (cistern) is - definatly worth a visit. The room itself was super comfortable, clean and modern. The bathroom was really cool, we had a laugh at the shower window! It was very easy to park near the b&b - there is on street parking you just top up the meter. The host was very friendly and knowledgable.
