The location was excellent. Reception staff were excellent upon arrival and check in. Rooms were good sized, quiet with blackout shutters and with tea and coffee making facilities. There was an issue with water pressure that prevented cold water coming through, not too much of a problem for us as we had, just about, finished showering, however on check out the receptionist kindly offered us complimentary breakfast as way of compensation.

We had a very clean comfortable room overlooking Palazzo della Pilotta. Excellent location, walking distance from the Cathedral, railway station and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and staff polite and helpful.
