This is a fabulous hotel, 👌 The staff are absolutely amazing, and great service all around. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. They have a free shuttle service into the city, so u dont feel stuck. Mauro, the shuttle driver, is a great ambassador for the hotel and for the city.He is such a fabulous human being who has a passion for what he does. Giselle was very nice and helpful. As was Ange at breakfast. The breakfast spread was very nice with many options. The room, albeit a tad small and in need of a few more places to place ones belongings was clean, comfortable and nice. The Metro station (Duomo) was just opposite and Line 1 was quite handy for getting around to the major stops for sightseeing. It is a boutique hotel with just a few rooms on an upper floor. Very quiet given it's on a busy street.

Very good location, 2 min walk to Museo Metro station. Clean room with new towels every day. Good breakfast served in the room with different options every day. Erika in the reception was very friendly and welcoming.
It was only a 14 minute walk to the Materdei and Museo metro stations so it was really easy to get around the city. The view from the balcony was amazing, it had good AC for the hot days. The owner was lovely and even accommodated us with an early check-in on the day of arrival which we didn’t expect to receive. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it.
