The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is also very close to the station, which is convenient.

Organized, praticle, clean and close to the airport. The best place to be if you have an early flight to the airport or you are arriving late to Rome CIA and you need to sleep before heading to the city. The bus station going to the airport is close and there is a cafe right away called Nino where you can grab an early Italian Breakfast before heading to the airport.

Easy walk from Ciampino train station, and ideal for the airport. The host was very welcoming and helpful - booked a taxi for us and recommended a local restaurant. Breakfast was self service so could be taken even with a very early start
Nice little studio apartment for one night stay, good location right by the airport shuttle and Ciampino train station. Perfect for a stay before heading to airport for early flight or if getting late flight into Ciampino before heading to Rome
If you miss your flight, this is most probably a good place to stay, given its proximity to the airport and Ciampino train station (5-min walk) where the airport bus stops. Rome is also easy to reach, only 18 mins by train and costs 1.50 EUR. A big plus was that it was available at short notice in the evening when we realized we will not make it to our connecting flight. We were welcomed into the facility fast and efficiently. Please note that it is B&B which in reality is one apartment in the apartment building.
Nice modern rooms for short stays. Full kitchen availible and fridge. Basic breakfast. Very close to Ciampino train station (150m), that get you to Rome Termini in 12 min. There is shuttle bus to airport from infront of the Ciampino train station.
Our flight was delayed and the host kindly extended check-in time to allow us time to reach the hotel using the Airlink bus from the airport. The host was very helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a good range of food on offer at breakfast. There was a nice balcony with tables and chairs where you could eat your breakfast. The hotel is very near the Ciampino train station making it convenient to get into Rome and to catch the Airlink to the airport.
The apartment was well stocked and really close to the bus to the Ciampino airport, and the Ciampino Train station, with trains into the centre of Rome!
Restaurants and Cafe's below on the same street provided options for breakfast or meals.
Easy to arrive from the Casabianca train station (only 8 min walking) and from Ciampino train station it is 20 min walking distance.
Room and bathroom cleaned every day, easy contact with the owner, easy check in / check out, spacious rooms.

Massimo (the owner) gave us directions and instructions about Rome and Ciampino, also arranged the Taxi to my family return to the Airport.
Good value for money
Host was more then accommodating,, apartment was immaculate,, very comfortable,, a fifteen minute walk from Ciampino train station where there is also a shuttle bus link to the airport,.
Presses and fridge were stocked as was the bathroom with supplies,. Would highly recommend anyone to avail of the accommodation. Exceptional.
Stefano is very responsive and helpful host. Apartment is cosy and perfect for families. Very close to Ciampino train station and airport and grocery stores are within 10 minutes walk
