Hi, we were travelling by motorbike and stayed at this hotel for one night, but I would definitely and happily return to this hotel for a longer stay.

The location is great, the rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered a more comfortable room and more spacious than the one we had originally booked. This is a huge plus and such attention is very rare.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, they don't write about it on Bpoking, it's like a bonus from the hotel.
The hotel is great, I would love to come back again !

The hosts were very friendly and responsive to my messages and ready to solve and accommodate requests. We were able to leave our luggage while exploring city before leaving.
The host was very nice and professional. It was quiet at night, we didnt have problems with sleep. Very close to Piazza dei Miracoli which makes it easy to visit in the morning or evening(I recommend visiting it at about 8AM). Mamy things in the room, for example tea, sugar, the dishes. We could also use a coffee machine. The surprise was the garden with the turtles and rabbits under the lemon tree. Everything was neat and trim. We liked our stay!
Perfect location for a short visit, with Piazza dei Miracoli arround the corner and a nice 30 minutes walk to Central station. Bus for the station is also arround a corner but take a walk and enjoy the city. Beutifull, clean and well equiped app, very.nice and helpfull staff. Great communication. We even had some small presents waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommended!
The location was 5-10 minutes from the Piazza dei Miracoli on foot! Perfect. The antique ceiling mural was gorgeous. The room was lovely and comfortable and convenient. Packaged snacks were provided. The lady who waited for me to check in was kind, charming, and helpful--there was a heavy thunderstorm upon my arrival at station, which had me waiting for a taxi for 90 minutes, so I was late, but was treated very well nonetheless.
The room in the economy program was smaller, but fully adequate and comfortable. Great terrace on the top floor of the hotel. Comforably beds, side street view (quiet). The breakfasts were very tasty. Excellent sweet pastry. The location is a few meters from Piazza dei Miracoli, many restaurants and shops are nearby. Everything within walking distance, we didn't even use public transport around the city
The hotel is a 10 out of 10; everything is new and modern,looking very nice. The room was big, clean and having all the necessary stuff. Good breakfast, the staff is very nice. Regarding the location, it is close to Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located ( aprox 10 min walking distance).We went as well to the restaurant recommended by the hotel and we were not disappointed.
