A very cosy and friendly small hotel. The room (loft/annex) had a modern and very original design, it was large, clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Francesca, were very helpful and friendly. And the location is superb, just a couple of minutes to the magnificent tower of Pisa, the garden and the historical complex!

Perfect location for a short visit, with Piazza dei Miracoli arround the corner and a nice 30 minutes walk to Central station. Bus for the station is also arround a corner but take a walk and enjoy the city. Beutifull, clean and well equiped app, very.nice and helpfull staff. Great communication. We even had some small presents waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommended!
The location was 5-10 minutes from the Piazza dei Miracoli on foot! Perfect. The antique ceiling mural was gorgeous. The room was lovely and comfortable and convenient. Packaged snacks were provided. The lady who waited for me to check in was kind, charming, and helpful--there was a heavy thunderstorm upon my arrival at station, which had me waiting for a taxi for 90 minutes, so I was late, but was treated very well nonetheless.
The room in the economy program was smaller, but fully adequate and comfortable. Great terrace on the top floor of the hotel. Comforably beds, side street view (quiet). The breakfasts were very tasty. Excellent sweet pastry. The location is a few meters from Piazza dei Miracoli, many restaurants and shops are nearby. Everything within walking distance, we didn't even use public transport around the city
The hotel is a 10 out of 10; everything is new and modern,looking very nice. The room was big, clean and having all the necessary stuff. Good breakfast, the staff is very nice. Regarding the location, it is close to Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located ( aprox 10 min walking distance).We went as well to the restaurant recommended by the hotel and we were not disappointed.

A very cozy apartment very close to Pisa city center. The location is perfect to start exploring the beautiful city. Almost 5 minutes walking fron Pisa 's Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli. The apartment is clean, with comfort beds and a kitchen almost fully equipped. Bathroon clean and spacious. The owner was very polite and helpful. He sent all the details and important infos on time.
