The property is right in the centre and not far from the public parking, about a 7 min walk.
We parked for 2 nights and it cost €18 euros. Very realistic price.
The room was large with two large beds attached together.
The wardrobe was very flimsy.
There was tea and coffee facilities but no instructions on how to use and only 2 coffee pods the whole stay and no milk.
There was a mini fridge with free water.
The bathroom was great with complimentary products.
We had use of the Spa in the cost of our room for 90 mins.
This was exclusively for us and we had a very relaxing time. It would have been nice to have had some music during this experience but there was none. Not normal for a Spa?
Breakfast was good, but the lady Martine did hover and kinda watched whilst you had breakfast. This was off putting being the only diner for breakfast and the feeling of being watched.
Coffee was delicious but you had to ask each time you needed a top up.
There was a facility to use a bag store if the room wasn’t ready.
Which on our visit it wasn’t and we were advised we had to wait.
I’m sure it could have been released to us early but they kept strictly to the 3pm! 🙄

Exactly 5 minutes walking from the train station. You can even see the hotel from the train station.
All the staff were super nice and funny also. They were also very friendly with my 4 years old son.
Room was super clean. We took the suits. My request prior to arrival were fulfilled. They were very helpful in handling my issues, and my message was replied very fast ! 😊 thank you!

NEVER KNOW WHAT EXPECTS YOU IN HOTEL!
First: when I arrived, the hotel met me with disgusting smell ( it was look like a spoiled fish or shrimps). Might be it's ok for hotel where kitchen of sea food?
Second: the room was large, but very shebby and requires some reconstruction. The light is not enough. The ventilation in the bathroom did not properly work.
There weren't any sleepers, coats, covers. Might be they exist ( because we have seen them in hall wardrobe, but they wasn't in number!). The blanket wasn't found too.
Third : the swimming pool very small (approximately 3x3m), so don't expect to swim there. We didn't take this paid option.
Fourth : a bit far away from city centre and railway station, approximately 15-20 min for small city it's a lot.
UNEXPECTED RULES OF THIS HOTEL:
YOU HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR BREAKFAST IF YOU HAVEN'T EATEN UP THE WHOLE FOOD WHICH YOU HAVE TAKEN!
YOU MUST PAY EXTRA 5 EURO FOR EACH PIECE OF FOOD (FOR EXAMPLE, PIECE OF CAKE OR CROUSSAN IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE IT AWAY) !
YOU HAVE TO BE READY TO PAY CITY TAX ADDITIONALLY! CHECK THE AMOUNT OF CITY TAX!
(if you see the price for number and booking system convinces that you don't have to pay anymore after booking,

I'd be happy, if hotel administration adds some comments and provide changes for improvements the service of hotel.
Provide the information to guests with rules for hotel breakfast: Attention - you must to pay penalty, if you didn't finish your breakfast! Provide the price for each item of food and familirate guest how much he must pay if he take extra piece of items. Inform the guest for city tax before he arrive or when he check in. These information should written clear and understandable , like a prohibition of smoking!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and just enough for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the hotelf itself is not so spacious. Breakfast is just fine, no special comments; maybe more vegetables would be nice. The location is perfect, less than 10 mins walk from Basilica Palladiana. Would come again!

I was dubious of the 'Vikey' entry/key system but it really was easy to use ( just don't lose your phone ).
Nice, modern apartment with good facilities and a nice big bathroom, plus great shower.

My room was very clean, Breakfast was always fresh croissants, rolls, jam, honey, Nutella, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.and fruit juice. Close to the Basilica Palladiana, close to many restaurants and a Spar is downstairs for some shopping.
Well equipped apartment in plain city centre of Vicenza, 10 minutes on foot from the train station, 2 minutes to Basilica palladiana, and 5 minutes to most sights.
The apartment is also very clean.
