Good location but needs serious upgradition to fix the traffic, no one follows the rules, serious traffic Jam for no reason just before the toll gate close to the Radisson Udyog Vihar .. so don't travel around 5 to 7pm towards the hotel as it will take a long time to just move few meters.
With lot of construction the dust is everywhere and I think that needs to be suppressed and controlled to avoid getting too many people sick !! Something must be done to control the Mosquitoes !!

Basically I moved from room to my event back to room but was pleasantly surprised by extremely nice behaviour from staff at both places couple of auto drivers too nice and everywhere one found far better behaviour than in Delhi even hotel rates are awesome and ofcoirse cheaper liquor getting around very easy quick availability of autos and everyone but everyone had relaxed smiling mien

Not a city for a tourists. It is a destination for business travellers. Some places have world class facilities & outlook. Some places have rickety infrastructure. Good thing is auto rickshaws, cabs, small shops - all take UPI payment.

I had a spectacular experience, upon arriving at the reception it took a little time but it was due to many large events, specifically the medical congress that we arrived at, however the receptionist was very friendly and we waited pleasantly while everything was resolved. The room is excellent as shown in the photos, spacious, and with everything you need for a stay of rest, work and relaxation. I used the sewing service who resolved my clothes perfectly, and I have fond memories of the kindness of Robin from the 2nd level service, always looking out if we needed something, smiling and was able to guide us in everything we needed in an efficient way. Finally from Deeli at the entrance door and the way of resolving the transportation was excellent, and not to mention the exceptional food! I would confidently recommend this place to stay that has everything to spend a few days in New Delhi!

AC is not working. Hot. Water is not available everywhere taps leakage. Bed sheets are not properly washed. Towel is also not provided. After asking, they have arranged one which is again not properly washed.
There is nothing to say good about it, the room which is provided to me
They denied check-in saying no rooms available...I paid an advance also and highlighted the same but they still denied check.
I raised a complaint with Fab Hotels Customer Service but still I have not received the credit for my advance paid. I also highligted this to Booking.com but still not reveived my advance credit.
The fragrance of the room was good, sheets were clean and the towels were properly washed like the top hotels. The AC worked fine and entire properly was clean. No torn or stained linen unlike other cheap priced hotels, no unpleasant smell in the room and the hotel. You can order your own food online and eat as well.
The services provided by the hotel were simply outstanding. They paid attention to even the tiniest details, ensuring that every customer felt like a VIP. its truly lived up to its reputation as one of the best hotels in India with immense cultural and heritage value .
Best service. One of the best hotels, I have stayed. Great hospitality. Staffs brilliantly looked after in restaurant. No words to express surroundings. Really enjoyed meals in the restaurant. Nice location with beautiful surroundings.
The property ambience, house keeping staff, and a few restaurant staff. The food was fine, not the finest of Hyatt's and other premier hotels. Overall, an okay stay, and not worth the money.
