It was an appalling experience like never before. We were asked to go to a different hotel upon reaching the booked destination and the behaviour of staff was pathetic. They were unable to provide clean sheets or basic needs like ware and kept on stalling. The manager of the hotel was very rude and didn’t even provide breakfast which was included. Overall a horrific experience

The old owner or someone the receptionist was reporting t gave a very bad stare when we reached there. He stared at my partner as if she was commiting any crime.
Ac was not cooling enough, we had to change rooms and even the changed one was not keeping the room cool enough. Outside food was not allowed

The Staff behaviour was very awkwardly rude. Don't expect a good hospitality based on rating. And Don't expect that they will let you early check-in, even though you communicated to them. If you are coming to Medanta hospital and coming here with family will definitely will not recommend. I don't know how it got such high rating but it's definitely not recommended for family.
It’s very close to the Medanta Hospital and thus extremely convenient for people visiting there. The ambience and overall stay at the property was very good.
