Was very happy to get upgraded by Mayank Sood for the last three days of our stay. As we were three adults and the regular rooms are a little too tiny for three people. So moving to a suite was perfect.

There is nothing I can say here which will explain the joy that this hotel provided. I almost don’t want to tell you anything because I want you to experience it for yourself.
If you can justify the cost, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Get them to pick you up from the airport. Eat in the hotel restaurant (especially the golden dragon) and just experience a true 5 star. I have never experience 5 star like this. Usually it’s about all inclusive 5 star. Whereas this is very much luxury 5 star and every single person you encounter at the hotel is dedicated to saying ‘YES’.

From the moment we booked this hotel we were welcomed by both manager and staff. The staff were very friendly, helpful and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, air conditioned and there was plenty of hot water in the spacious shower. There was a good range of food for breakfast and the omelets were really tasty. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits in the afternoons. One of the concierges Rajesh was particularly helpful in organising taxis, recommending restaurants, find an ATM and in general was just a pleasure to deal with.

It’s sad to see the iconic monument in complete neglect - it felt that the authorities are waiting for it to disintegrate and fall apart . A smelly toilet greets you as you alight from a taxi to enter the ramparts of the monument and the get pestered by photographers who still have not understood paper photos cannot be used in Social media - they just need their phones and charge Rs 10 for a click and add unique filters and they will be a rage . The boat rides are something

This hotel really lived up to expectations with amazing staff, lots of attention to detail and small surprises like small gifts and toiletries left in the room every day. It was my birthday and when I arrived the staff had placed balloons on the bed and left me a giant chocolate cake which was so kind given that I was travelling alone. Location was perfect, right next to the Gateway of India, shops and restaurants.

Great value for money in Colaba - hotel is located next to the famous Leopolds Cafe in the middle of Colaba Market and a 2 minute walk to the Gateway of India. Rooms are a little dated but price and location are well worth it.
No doubt hotel very nice. Rooms match my expectations. For me this is perfect location because of neary marine drine and gateway of india. But for me location little hard to find.

We had breakfast on the ground floor with a direct view of the Arabian Sea and Gateway of India. The choices were extravagant and had everything for everyone. The staff are courteous and lovely with a sense of humour. The place, rooms, the attention to details, pool and amenities are up to the mark. An ideal location when you want to visit South Mumbai.
Lovely room with a harbour view, very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Located right near the Gateway of India, it is central to everything that Colaba has to offer. Breakfast was delicious, in particular the masala omelettes with cheese. The hotel is clean and tidy and all staff were very helpful and accommodating. Recommended.
