Lovely, helpful staff, very nice receptionists. I was allowed a late check-out and it was very pleasant. The building itself is very beautiful, the rooms have good furniture, and the bathroom has luxury cosmetics.

The breakfast was amazing, the stuff was super nice and they gave us some nice touches like wine, chocolate and the photobox.
The hotel is located in the center of Tel Aviv, on Rotshield bulevard. Great location, 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Hacarmel market.
When we arrived it appeared we did a mistake and booked two rooms for 2 persons instead of 4. Orel the manager was very understanding and fixed it immediately with no extra charge. He showed us arround and took us to the roof top and the garden.
The rooms are very big and the balckony has great view. The rooms are tastfully designed and the atmosphere is cozy.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
The apartment was beautifully decorated. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the people passing by. Such a great location - close to Carmel Markets as well as other amazing restaurants further down Nachalat Benjamin. And a great ice cream place downstairs (Arte Gelato) that has jazz playing on Thursday nights. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions.
Great central location. For example, 13 minutes walk to Aviv Beach, 7 mins walk to Carmel Market and 17 mins walk to Suzanne Dellal Centre.
The hotel is located near many shops and restaurants.
The hotel reception is closed between 21.00-07.30am, hence with late arrivals please contact reception in advance, this way they will provide you with instructions for self check-in. Please note that this is vital or else you won't be able to enter the hotel gate and reception door.
Cyril was a perfect host, with whom the communication was easy, he was always available, very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, and it is in a perfect location. Very close to Carmel Market with a variety of food selections to eat and 5 minutes walk from the perfect sandy beach. We would definitely book again, and hope we will in the future.
Practically everything you need on vacation is very close I went for breakfast to the carmel market is literally 10min away from the hotel. The reception is always nice, they looking after you all the time my room always tidy when I come back from banana beach which is very close also I meet real nice people inside the hotel.I recommend everyone to go to the terrace after a long day and just relax is a such good vibe
The hotel is a walking-distance from the beach, restaurants, cafés and Carmel market. The concept is interesting: the room has only the essentials (comfortable bed, sink and desk), while the common areas have eating tables, couches and pantry to hang out. Great for travelers who don't want to spend too much, but at the same time don't want to share a room in a hostel or stay in a tiny capsule.
The single room was extremely quiet and comfortable. If you like to walk, many locations are easily accessible from this hotel. I was walked to Old Jaffa, the beaches, the Carmel Market and many other places. There are hundreds of restaurants of all types within walking distance as well. The area is safe and the vibe of Tel Aviv is all around you. To top it off, the breakfast here is possibly the best I have ever had while traveling, although I understand that it is common to have extraordinary breakfasts in Israel.
best boutique hotel in town - it has been the highlight of my trip to Israel. Spacious room, elegant furniture and floor. near to carmel market and on the spot of fancy shopping district.
