Incredible stay! Absolutely loved this hotel and couldn't recommend it enough. We had a swim up pool and it was perfect for us. You could whatsapp the hotel if you had any questions or wanted room service and you would get a response instantly. The staff couldn't have done more for us or been kinder. The rooms were luxury and we would stay again.

The hotel was very well situated if you’re happy to take a bike, the pool area was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and candles lit each evening which was a nice touch. The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed and quiet while I was there.

Kind staff, good pool, comfy beds, delicious breakfast ( we also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant), a short 2 minute walk to the beach (big waves, not really good for swimming, but perfect for surfing), beautiful sunsets.

I wouldn’t say this is a 4 star resort. I would give it a solid 3 stars, however when you look at the area and the general living conditions of locals around the area you grow to feel very appreciative of being able to go back at the end of the day to a resort of this quality. Staff were perfect, pool was nice. I also liked how they had 24 hour security out the front. Every-time me and my partner ordered a gojek to explore the area the security guard will take down the number plate of the gojek… I believe they do this to track who’s been picking up their guest and incase if something goes wrong that have some sort of recording- which made me feel alot more comfortable. The massage was overpriced for the area. For 1 hour Balinese full body message was $300,000 idr which is around $30 aus, you can get the same thing for half the price a few places up the road. Overall a good experience. Nothing bad happened. Staff are amazing. Area is 30 minutes for canguu and close enough to main things in Seminyak. Was easy to explore both from this location.
