I stayed in a few 3- or 4- star hotels in Europe on this trip, and this was by far the best hotel I stayed in. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. It wasn't huge but I had more than enough space as a solo traveller. The bathroom was modern and clean as well. I looked forward to the sleep I was getting everyday in here!
The location is also amazing. It is right in the middle of Pest, yet not too touristy. A 20-minute walk in any direction gets you to a good spot. There is a tram station right outside the hotel, and an underground train station a few steps away. Multiple late night food options next to the hotel if your flight gets in late. It rained on one of the days, there was a small mall right beside the hotel, and a huge mall about 10 min walk away (can be accessed via underground route).
The staff were friendly and helpful, and always said hi to me as I was leaving or arriving! The lift requires a room key to be tapped which gave me an additional feeling of safety. Breakfast was good as well, nothing special but a full spread of breads, pastries, cereals, juice, eggs, etc available for all diets.

It is an immaculate and classy hotel located in the heart of Budapest, right next to the parliament building, with very welcoming and warm staff. I was especially impressed by Kate at the front desk who helped me design a one-day walking tour of the city - thanks Kate! My room was exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfortable, and bright. The spa facilities were nice too!

Excellent hotel, beautiful clean large room. Well appointed with really friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast was included, lots of choice which included beautiful pastries from the strudel restaurant next door which were delicious.
