The hosts, Ilma and Mimi, are among the best hosts we’ve ever had! We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with them, which really enhanced the pleasure of our trip. The patio and view of the harbor made it even more special. Although the 125 steps were a challenge to ascend at the end of the day, they were only a short walk to the incredible Old Town. The beach and Lokrum Island ferry boats were convenient to the apartment. Highly recommend this place!
The location was right off one of the main thoroughfares in Old Town Dubrovnik, right across from the port to go to Lokrum. It was centrally located with restaurants downstairs, but yet a very quiet room. The host arranged for our airport pick-up where he then met us at the drop-off point to walk us to our room giving us information about the town through out the walk (very nice touch).
Fabulous views of old town and Lokrum island. Clean, bright and well equipped with everything you could need. Hot shower and outside seating on balcony with views. Only 2 minutes from the Vitoria bus stop terminal for nos5&8, which you can see arrive giving plenty of time to walk down as it stays for 10 minutes.
The apartment was spotless, stylish and simply stunning! The hot tub is a delightful bonus to relax at end of day.
The location is amazing - 10 min walk to Old Town, terrace view of Lokrum (a must visit), grocery market across the street.

The location of the apartment is very close to the old town. It took us around 5 minutes to reach it. Additionally, you can see the old town and the island Lokrum from the balcony. The view was beautiful. The facilities were very good. The kitchen has stoves and a fridge, so cooking is possible. The bed was one of the most comfortsble beds I have slept on and the host was extremely helpful. He explained to us how to find everything we needed and was very hospitable. Just bear in mind that the fastest way to the old town includes stairs.
The view is 10 out of 10. You have the sea, Old Town and Lokrum island in front of you. Balcony is perfect and with that view you don't need anything else.
The host is awesome, she will show you everting that you need for a pleased stay in Dubrovnik.
Good communication with host, beautiful view of Lokrum island from the balcony, comfortable modern rooms with A/C and good amenities. Clean, comfortable beds. Nice to have laundry and a clothesline with a view! Host also gave us helpful information on free parking nearby.
Location easy walking distance into the Old Town, and the view from the hotel looking out towards Island of Lokrum and towards the old walled city is amazing. The breakfast choice was superb and I would rate it higher than a lot of equivalent standard hotels that we have stayed at. We organised the transfer from airport to the hotel through the hotel reception. The driver was wonderful and had plenty of useful information. All the staff were brilliant.

The room is quiet enough. Also thanks to other quiet guests.
The location is great, it is between the new town and the old town, easy to go anywhere. We spent 3 nights here, and it is the best option to explore Dubrovnik, if you like relaxing trip. (One day old town, one day new town, one day lokrum island.)
We recommend this place 100%.

Lokrum Island - 10 mins by boat to leafy peace (not to mention decent restaurant amongst the trees)
Old town (all of it!) - best at both ends of day when tourist groups not around. Fransiscan Monastery cloisters if you love sunlight on stone. Town walls for views. Check out Dubrovnik pass for reduced entrance fees and bus. Lokrum Island - 10 mins by boat to leafy peace (not to mention decent restaurant amongst the trees). Excursion to Elafite Islands for enjoyable messing about in boats - and a (rare in these parts) sandy beach.

There is also a boat taking you to a Lokrum Island which is great to wander and swim with the kids
It is super clean and felt very safe for toddlers to run around. In the evening people some with their creativity, like mimes and exotic birds. There is also a boat taking you to a Lokrum Island which is great to wander and swim with the kids.
