This hotel is in a very good location. On arrival I requested a room with a view across they bay and was upgraded onto the 35th floor. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful always courteous and polite. I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Causeway Bay area. Close to shops and Victoria Park. .
Location was excellent, room had a great view of Victoria Park, room is sooooo spacious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The water filter machine is a great addition and excellent alternative to bottled water.
The location is the best in Hong Kong, 24x7 stores around. The famous Victoria park. Metro station olny few steps away. bus and Tram stops just outsite the building.
The hotel is located in the city CBD which enables easy access to transportation and retail. The receptionist knew that we were here for a short stay with the family and he offered us a room upgrade. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and is facing Victoria Park. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
