Breakfast was exceptional, epic selection of items from different nations. It was one of the highlights of the day, luckily you can work it off with a swim on the rooftop pool or at the very well equipped and bright gym with a fantastic view - I think I might have used this everyday. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows, I went with the river view, very comfortable, with a single lounge chair including a footrest, an extra end-of-bed bench and a good size table for working. If you get bored of working or staying in the room, there's a great work space next to the reception desks with a very long table, power sockets, a printer, a couple of iMacs and comfy seating, great for working and for people watching. I did eat at the buffet, you get a discount for being a resident, it was incredible and had even more choice than the breakfast with luxury items, highly recommended and I would eat there again! There's even free bikes for residents, from electric, traditional pedal to smaller bikes for children, to use in the purpose made cycle park with interesting winding paths, gradients etc. alongside the riverside, however the weather was a bit hit and miss, also extremely humid, so I didn't manage to get to use one. The staff and doormen were all very polite and friendly, tipping doesn't seem to be a thing in HK and everyone just seems to be pleased to help. Highly recommended and I will be back!

the location is as per expectation, it was connected to the shopping mall and the train station as well. there is no breakfast in my package however there is a lot of local food nearby if you did some simple google search, even the wet market is not far from the hotel. other than breakfast, lunch and dinner also a lot of good choices, need to mention that the mall/plaze/centre surrounded the hotel is a lot.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially a staff member Kenny who helped us no end.

Good comfortable room and bed. The motorised blinds are brilliant, good sleep. Spacious bathroom.

A41/E42 airport bus stop right in front of hotel, which is handy. Good size swimming room with long opening hours. Double room that we booked was unavailable somehow when I checked in so was offered twin rooms but bigger room - okay for me. Good air con Kettle, fridge, coffee and tea, toothbrush and shower gels, tv, safe, iron and ironing board were offered in the room Refillable filtered water - bring your own bottles Free luggage storage Overall we enjoyed our stay

the location is not to bad they have free shuttle every day although its not cheap to stay but very nice hotel and clean the staff specially the house keeping they are nice and very tidy. ..
