My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at Ovolo. Location is great - away from the hustle and noise of the City, yet still very accessible by MTR and buses. The surrounding is quiet & occasionally well hang around to watch matches at the recreational area just next to the hotel. Room is spacious (esp for HK standard) and was pretty much soundproof although could hear abit of conversations going on next door especially if the neighbours were speaking loudly/shouting.
Very thankful to the team who celebrated our wedding anniversary with us by offering a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of wine. We were super excited & this added extra joy to our celebration. The team was also super helpful as I needed industrial grade glue but couldn’t find it anywhere. Sought help from the concierge and the engineering team passed us a tube of brand new super glue - we were extremely thankful. These small gesture really made our stay so much more comfortable & at ease.
We will definitely return to stay when we visit Hong Kong the next time!
