Located in the new town amidst some shops, it's a little hard to spot. The hotel was nicely appointed inside and the rooms appeared to be quite recently renovated. A couple of loose fittings in the bathroom, eg the shower curtain was almost falling off the wall, but at least there *was* a shower curtain. WiFi ok, we didn't use it much. The hotel let us keep our luggage there all day and also helped with taxis etc. Breakfast was ok although the dining area was a little small.

We arrived following a really heavy torrential rain spell. We couldn't get a taxi and walked from the port, we were soaked and early for check in. Despite our unpresentable state we were provided with towels, welcomed in and permitted to check in early. Room was clean, adequate for what we paid. Very comfortable bed. Great air con and amenities. Room was slightly compact but had everything we needed.
Breakfast was great; yoghurt, cereals, pastries, toast, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hams, cheeses, everything you could ask for.
Lovely staff who were really helpful.
Close to local shops and harbour.
15 minute walk to bus stop which took us to Lindos.

The acropolis, the walled city, dinner, lots of options for tourism, palaces and took island tour to butterfly valley saw crabs and butterflies , the history of st John and the knights still looking after people today.
The old temples, the current caves used as churches. So much to offer please come.

Rhodos is a fantastic place for a holiday (family or couple) by the sea with great atmosphere, food and many historical monuments and lots of things to do like (swimming, hiring a car nearly from everywhere, going on a fishing boat or sunset cruise). Locals are so friendly, felt welcomed, it was an excellent choice for us.

Great town, lots of history, accommodations good and well catered for tourists. It could do with a little clean up in some of the streets but no beggars and a well run bus service. You are totally safe here.
Great selection of boat trip. The old streets are really nice and there is romance in the old town of roads.
Disappointed in the market as expected more fresh produce and fish rather than the usual tourist tat.

The sea with spectacular waves and the beach is most amazing, the little streets with lots of flowers look very pretty and the port with lots of boats but when you snorkel in the beautiful bays along the island you see there is a lot if trash like pieces of metal etc or near the beach pieces of broken concrete and the sidewalks and places around the port should be more clean and some of the people, especially women selling trips or souvenirs in shops and in restaurants should be more friendly and patient and respectful to visitors and not so greedy

There is history in the island.
There is history in the island. Strolling around is relaxing. There are many shops for souvenirs and needs. A lively atmosphere to enjoy day and night. Do not delay hiring a car and taking a ride around the island, at least, one day.
Three best things about this hotel (I can compare with my previous experiences in the same part of Rhodes):
1) Location - it’s the centre of the centre of yet on a quiet side street so completely private and cozy just 1 min away from crowds of Old town
2) Room is spacious and super clean and comfortable.
3) (last but not least) Staff - a family whose name gave the name to the hotel (Italianized version of Greek name of course ;)) is incredibly friendly and ready to make your stay comfortable.
The hotel was very good. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Always very accommodating. Very good selection of meals in the restaurant buffet. Excellent WiFi coverage throughout the hotel. Excellent location in Rhodes town. In a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars Old Town and harbour for boat tours.
The location is great, just in the centre of the old town. The hotel host Dimitra was so helpful and tried her best to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as it could be. We even hugged her while leaving Rodi, it felt like we were leaving from one of our relatives' houses :) Breakfast was very good. Can't say enough positive things. Highly recommend it.
The hotel was at the best location with walking distance to the old town! It was also right in front of the beach so that was also amazing. The best part was the staff, everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good but keep in mind it is not a buffet-style breakfast. Also there were deck chairs at the pool but not on the beach.
