Very well maintained property, a mix of traditional architecture and elegant country style. Extremely polite and helpful staff, excellent cuisine and one of the best breakfast buffets I ‘ve had in the last years. Amazing ambience, fantastic view to the lake. My favorite aspects, which are undeniably unique in the area, are the exceptionally high level of spa services and the direct proximity to the lake ecosystem. My favorite rituals: the Du Lac Balinese massage at the Spa and the sun rise amidst the tranquility of the lake sounds. It was an impeccably relaxing and enjoyable stay, totally recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
We had the chance to visit Perama cave, equipped with 19 different types of stalactites and stalagmites. The visit inside the cave in itself was magnifique, a once in a time experience.
The appartment is basic and very nice, comfortable and clean.
Eli, the host, is adorable!!! So nice and interesting to talk to, very knowledgeable and sweet!! We forgot something in the house and went on, and she went out of her way to help us!

Agnantio is a lovely traditional Greek hotel. our room was a basic accommodation, but clean, roomy, and comfortable. The views from our balcony over the lake and the town of Ioannina was stunning. It is also well situated to visit the Perama Cave. The breakfast, served to our outdoor patio table, was a feast of fruit, eggs, bread and homemade pastries, freshly squeezed juice, and coffee of our choice.
The Perama cave was very close. It is one of the most beautiful that I have seen.
The house was very clean and we have everything we need.
The owners were very polite and responsive.
