My wife and I were in Corfu almost 3 weeks and spent the first 4 nights in an apartment in the middle of the old town. Then we traveled around the island for a couple of weeks and on our return, we needed one night near the airport after turning the rental car in. So, we were only in this beautiful boutique hotel one night. It is a top-end and extremely nice hotel and property of exceptional quality and service - definitely 5-Star level quality of rooms, service and the building, but small and very quiet. Also, a lovely garden seating area and great breakfast.
The location is interesting and really quite good. It is basically on the water near the airport and when you walk out to the promenade along the water, you are staring across to the old fortress - about a 500 meter walk into the heart of old Corfu, but still in the old town and in a beautiful area with a park and great restaurants that the locals flock to because it is slightly away from the absolute pedestrian center of the old town. The on-site managers are extremely professional and the hotel bar in the beautiful entry living area is impressive. This must have been an old stone 19th Century wealthy family mansion. Grat boutique hotel. Highly recommended. Last thing - there is a taxi drop-off at the door, so you don't have to drag your bags through the cobbled streets like anywhere else in the old town. If you have a rental car, there is a much higher chance of parking it near there, and still a very beautiful short walk along the water to the heart of the pedestrian-only zone.

The location was exceptional overlooking the square behind the old fortress and amongst all the action of the old town. The apartment was well equiped with a great kitchen, modern bathroom and great balcony with views over the towns square and old fortress. I would particularly like to mention the property management staff who assisted when I left an item behind
Memoria was in a great location, conveniently within easy walking distance of the Old Fortress and all areas of the old town. The apartment was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The host was very helpful and I would recommend this holiday apartment. I walked here from the airport in approx 25 minutes and it was a similar distance to the Green (long distance) bus station.
The location of the property is perfect for visiting Old Town. It's nestled away in a quieter edge of the town but still very much provides easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and both the new and old Fortresses. We ate Baklava from the ice-cream shop next to the apartment twice and would recommend you do the same!
Wonderful place in the centre of Corfu Town. The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and perfectly situated, very near the sea and the Old Fortress. It also has a most lovely host, very attentive and gracious. She even gave us some oregano as a present. Definitely recommended. Thank you, we hope to come back some day.
The location could not of been better.Situated in the lovely Liston area of Old corfu town and opposite spiniada square park lands and only minutes away from the Old Fortress.
Things that were good were: 1) the location, as the apartment was inside the old town and walking distance to old town, to the local beach (called Faliraki), to the city tour bus stop where you can take the tour bus, the old fortress, the Liston asuare and so on.
2) Price was fair
3) It would be very afforable for a single person or a young couple or two young couples on a TIGHT budget or 2 to 3 students who are not looking for comfort.
The location is definitely the highlight: all of Corfu (the town) is walking distance from the hotel and you (can) have nice views of the Old Fortress and the sea from the room. Breakfast was good and cleanliness was impeccable.
Stamatis is very friendly; he answered us very quickly and managed the driver (friendly guy) who picked us up at/to the airport. The apartment is in an old town, near the Liston, old fortress, and port (7-10 min). The shop is 3 mins from the apartment. Blue lines in 10 min walk. The nice garden is just for you! :-)
The location is super. In the centre of old Corfu town. Restaurants, pubs and shops are just around the corner. About 300 meter to the main square and about 1 kilometre to the sea, promenade and Old Fortress. You can go on foot to all the interesting places in Corfu town. The apartment is very clean and also quiet, because the pubs etc. are lower than the Delvinioti Street (you have to go down the stairs to reach the tourist zone).
Superb 4th floor superior room with balcony and views to Old Fortress and across to the mainland and Albanian mountains, besides 180 degrees. Couldn't be better. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Corfu Town is a delightful setting for a break.
