The location is perfect, quite enough, but close to European square, Piazza, Port. The staff was very nice and provided everything we asked. The breakfast was delicious.
A beautiful hotel with historical charms. Centrally located in next to St. Nicholas Church and the Piazza, you are able to walk to the beach and various monuments in Batumi. If budget allows, get the room with a balcony that overlooks the city. Comfortable room and helpful staff, the breakfast is located in the building next door that is able to warm your belly before a day of excursions. Would recommend to travelers that are not looking for manmade skyscraper apartments but a place that has a boutique-y feel and personality.
Hotel is locating in old Batumi, near famous place Piazza, windows in the room were small but it has perfect view. So many Turkish restaurants next to hotel offering good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to everywhere- to the Batumi boulevard, to city center , to bus stations - from where you can go to kvariati beach, botanical garden.etc.

Excellent everything. The location in perfect , the staff is allways ready to answer and help with everything . Its quiet mostly , apart from occasional music comming from the piazza behind.

Location was perfect in the Old Town, where all the pubs and bars are located, next to the Piazza square. Room was clean and cozy with a small balcony. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
The location was the best ..piazza and Argo cable very near by and the host was extremely helpful..helped us book taxi to train station .. helped us to find PCR test clinic and was very polite... The room was very comfortable and home like .
The host was extremely helpful even at 2 am and was very welcoming..one of the best hosts and would highly recommend her place to stay. Also the location was the best as everything was walking distance. Piazza was right below our hotel and Argo cable was just 5 min walk. Very clean and very comfortable stay . Thank you .
