A wonderfully situated hotel, just metres from the centre of Kutaisi that was modern and had a superb staff. Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working.
Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service.
Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

I liked a lovely balcony overlooking the Cathedral, small kettle and few bags of tee, and how cozy the room was. The staff was very helpful and spoke great English and Russian. The breakfast was good. There’s also a convenient parking right near the entrance. The location is also great, 1 minute away from the best attraction in Kutaisi in my opinion - the Cathedral, from where you can contemplate the whole city

Great guest house with a very kind and friendly host Anna. Comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated rooms. I enjoyed sitting in the sun on the shared terrace which has both a lounge and a small table and chairs. Well equipped shared kitchen which is great for cooking meals or just making tea or coffee, and these are provided for a small charge. Located in a quiet residential area which is a pleasant 20 minute walk south from the Colchis fountain in the city centre and just a 5 minute walk from several small grocery shops.
Very quiet guesthouse in the heart of Kutaisi old town, a stone throw away from the Pantheon and the Colchis Fountain. Nana the guest is so helpful and kind and her Breakfast is scrumptious!
House was clean and nice. Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walking from Colchis Fountain. We stayed 3 nights, and during the last day another friend joined us, so they put us in the 3 bed bedroom from the beginning. Host provided airport shuttle at small hours (50gel fee)
simply the best!!! at Kutaisi. The hotel is in the city centre, exactly near the Colchis fountain, so everything was close. The rooms were so clean,large and well furnished. Infact, it was beyond expectations..... staff were outstanding. Their professionalism and warm welcome made me feel right at home. They communicated with us in such a polite manner, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse is located in a silent area, a few minutes away from the Colchis fountain and therefore everything else in the city.
Common areas and rooms were clean and well equipped, the beds made it the best sleep we had in Georgia by far.
Parking is possible in the property or in the next street.
Zurab is a nice host and we enjoyed sharing a BBQ and drinking local wine with him.
A lovely apartment in a building set back from the busy main road. Communication was good with the host and it was easy to collect the keys on arrival. Secure parking is beneath the building, with a lift to take you up to the apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a great place to spend a couple of days, being less than 10 minutes stroll from Colchis Fountain. The bed was very comfortable, the shower great and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Very happy to recommend.
The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment.
The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony.
The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
The Hotel Memoire is very centrally located not far from the Colchis Fountain and the theater. The old house exudes incredible charm and is lovingly designed. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Decoration and ambience are outstanding.
