It was really clean and fresh. There was scaffolding up and Joanna told us, sent us a photo, offered for us to cancel etc but we went anyway and are really glad we did as apart from the view everything else was as expected. She gave us a big bottle of Prosecco to compensate. ( what can you do but drink it!!?) beds really comfy, parking good and close. We walked through the Millenium nature park. It was fascinating. Every need catered for. Gold star standard.
The location was good for us, really close to WWT Llanelli. We slept well, though there was a loud fan starting at about 6:30 in the morning (maybe from the kitchen?)
The majority of staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. Good choice of hot and cold options.
The one vegetarian meal I had was delicious, mushroom tagliatelle.
We were in a quiet zone, and it was peaceful.
The location is great for visiting WWT Llanelli.
