The property was lovely and clean, the room was spacious and well decorated. The shower was fantastic after I worked out the settings. My only complaint, was the room was too hot, there was no air conditioning or fan, this led to a night of tossing and turning. The room next to us , their TV must be right opposite our TV, because we could hear it most of the night. If these little things could be fixed, then I would certainly be back

Avril and Terry are brilliant hosts and the breakfast was first class. They couldn’t be more friendly and helpful with plenty of suggestions on where to visit and what to do. They both really made you feel at home. 5 mins from WWT Castle Espie and 30 mins from Belfast. A great base for exploring the area.
