On arrival free parking is good.
Reception area is welcoming.
The executive room was a fair size.
Having 2 armchairs and the table for room service meals was welcome.
A dressing table and lots of plugs was good.

Avril and Terry are brilliant hosts and the breakfast was first class. They couldn’t be more friendly and helpful with plenty of suggestions on where to visit and what to do. They both really made you feel at home. 5 mins from WWT Castle Espie and 30 mins from Belfast. A great base for exploring the area.
