Gorgeous location and friendly staff. Great breakfast- lots to choose from. Didn't stay long enough to use the spa. Lovely views frim the window and was peaceful.

room had two double beds that we pushed together so the space was lovely, room clean apart from a stain on the carpet, good size shower, breakfast was good

The receptionist called Melissa, was very good when dealing with my problems. She gave exceptional customer service and even offered complementary breakfast. I was very impressed with her service.

Comfortable bed good shower. night reception was so lovely when we arrived at 10pm. nice to see a smile face after such a long drive.

Room was lovely. Very good location for Wonderland, Zoo and eating out, and shopping. Great breakfast and children ate free, staff were very helpful, things for the children to do. We were made very welcome. We enjoyed swimming every night. Good air con and windows that opened.
