Good location within walking distance of train station. Honesty Bar and outside seating very much appreciated. A breath of fresh air to be trusted! Shower perfect. Staff second to none. I suffer from claustrophobia and the room first allocated was around too many twists and turns, around corners, up and down stairs with no windows anywhere. I asked for a room close to the exit which was immediately sorted with no fuss whatsoever by a very understanding young lady. Greatly appreciated by me.

It was close to town centre. We had biscuits and bottled water in the room as well as tea/coffee making facilities! Extra pillows if needed. Dressing gowns and slippers, which we didn’t use. Lots of parking!

Beautiful building, reception staff were great lovely and friendly culleys was a nice bar, breakfast was great. Air con in the room was a bonus and bathroom with spa bath was amazing

I loved how close it was to the Center and harbour
