We liked it as soon as we walked through the door. Staff were friendly and helpful, it was lovely and clean. The room was lovely and had all that we needed. The treat box was a lovely touch, which we thoroughly enjoyed! We had coffee and shortbread when we arrived and later on we had the Pringles and tunnocks caramel wafers 😋

The setting. The University of Stirling is the most beautiful campus I can imagine. The lakes within, and the mountains without, make the scenery quite stunning. I walked to the Wallace Monument (impressive too), which dominates the skyline.

Location of the accomodation is great, not very far from view points and tourist attractions. Also close to supermarkets and shops. The value is great especially when every B&B in Scotland is charging 90+ pounds a night. The place is secure which is also great plus as it is located within the university of Stirling so it is under security watch 24h. It is really great value for what it is.
