A perfect location. A beautifully appointed hotel - large comfortable spaces in the hotel, large comfortable bedrooms - ours had a spectacular view of the river and the city of Derry. Staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and well informed. I would particularly like to commend the reception staff who were always, friendly, helpful and efficient and also the restaurant manager - the restaurant was spotless, the tables set beautifully, the dining room staff were exceptionally well trained and the food was very good indeed.

The staff are always very friendly. We have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and it's the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel which keeps us coming back.
