The room was very clean and comfortable. Had the toilet cistern block with limescale late evening prior to going to bed. staff very helpful and response excellent. Offered to change room but we got it going. Plumber replaced same next day. The breakfast was good but not the best. Bar prices a bit steep.

Location is beautiful and there is a footpath that leads from the property to Bovington Tank museum; which has lovely views and takes 25 minutes. The cleanliness of the property was of an excellent standard. Good WIFI meant we could monitor emails and make WIFI calls. There was plenty of room to park the car. Although we did not meet Helen, the host, we found her to be very helpful and pleasant.

We stayed for a couple of nights over half term. It's a very nice property and our room was large, with a separate section and sofa bed for our daughter. The whole place had a lovely feel, the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful and the location was perfect for exploring the coast and Hardy country. We did the tank museum, Athelhampton House, Chesil Beach, Lulworth Cove and Durdle door in the two and a bit days we were there. Food is good and breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Set in a quiet street with parking right outside the door. There were pubs and shops within walking distance. Perfect for Monkey World or the Tank Museum (5 minute drive). The bedroom was small, but cosy and it was really good to have the separate lounge. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The rooms had everything that we needed. We were only there for one night, but it would be ideal for a longer stay or for anyone working in the area.

A good size room with all that one expects from a modern hotel. More than satisfactory choice for breakfast. No parking problems. We stayed there because it was near the tank museum but it is also near beach tourist places. Excellent hostess.
