Friendly staff, especially Tracy, who served us with our delicious evening meal. Check-in was quick and easy. lovely self-serve breakfast and comfortable and large room. The hotel was roughly a 7 minute drive to Stirling castle.
The property had everything we needed, easy to access and very comfortable. Situated on a quiet street a few minutes from Stirling castle. A 10 min walk downhill to the centre of Stirling …. A slightly longer uphill walk back, but manageable. The apartment is spotless!
Easy check in and car parking was great. Restaurants meals were tasty and filling. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Staff very helpful. 10 min walk to Stirling Castle, 10 min walk to town. Very historic hotel. Lift to rooms made it easier with luggage.
The apartment was nice, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with a range of amenities. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was great which is close to Stirling Castle. The free parking lot was located near the apartment, offering easy access and added convenience. Additionally, the host was consistently responsive and provided prompt assistance whenever needed.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities you need for your stay, and even included breakfast items, i.e., milk, cearel, jam, eggs, etc.
The location was perfect for stirling castle and the old jail house.
Would highly recommend Stuart, the host who made the stay great with his reccomedatons and knowing he was quick to respond to messages.
The hostel is located in a very quiet district near the famous Stirling Castle. The room is very clean and the staff is very nice. There are numorous sockets in the room, not only the usual UK sockets, but also USB A AND C charging sockets. We had a fantastic view of the lovely houses in town. The shared kitchen is clean and well-organised.
Excellent central location just 10 minutes' walk from Stirling Castle and other attractions. The hotel was being renovated so the rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were super-modern and huge. We had an evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant and both were excellent. Staff were very friendly, obliging and swiftly dealt with any issues we had.
Fantastic location close to Stirling Castle, the town itself, Blair Drummond Safari Park and surrounding area. The apartment was extremely spacious with fabulous views out over the Royal Gardens to the hills beyond.
One of the nicest hotels Iv stayed in. The room was big and bright with 2 windows and I loved the decorative touches such as the amazing headboard and the quality crockery etc and fresh milk in the fridge too . The bathroom was high quality with a rain shower and beautiful quality soaps/ shampoos etc. We had amazing views towards Stirling Castle also. The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was top quality too. I can’t wait for a return visit in the future.
Had garden room on lower ground floor, which has window view onto front garden. Room large, tastefully furnished with large modern shower in bathroom. Spotlessly clean and we were provided with free snack that were always renewed! Staff very friendly yet professional at all times. Ate in hotel restaurant both nights of our stay and enjoyed dinner from varied menu; a great place to relax after a day’s sightseeing. Easy access to city centre and an uphill climb to Stirling Castle, which is a must see! Highly recommended.

Stirling Castle was very big and had very elaborate exhibitions for visitors. A small renovation on the exterior grounds going on, but did not disrupt my visit at all. The Stirling Heads were fabulous, whole place kept me entertained for over 4 hours, very much worth the price!
