For wgat we paid we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was excellent. We stayed in room 5 at the front , but heard little noise - whether this would have been different in the summer when the pub opposite is busy can’t say. Nice touches in room , comfortable bed , good linen and towel. Spotlessly clean . We wanted to get on the road early so only took the continental breakfast but it was very good .

The lovely lady who served us breakfast was delightful.
