Incredible service from the manager. Unfortunately there was an issue with the room but they found me an incredible alternative for the night.

I really liked the location, the view, the proximity to Mermaid Quay and the Millennium Centre, the size and comfort of the room, the excellent restaurant and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - they were so thoughtful and accommodating, especially as I was travelling with my disabled mother.
Breakfast was so good, so much to choose from the hot buffet and continental ,the location was great close to mermaid Quay and the bay docks, loads of restaurants within walking distance and 10 minute journey into cardiff centre
Very good self service breakfast, with a good choice of cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Good bus links for the city to visit Cardiff Castle and the town centre and Mermaid Quay. This avoids city centre parking charges.
Room had two queen sized beds, bathrobe, slippers, tea, coffee, bottled water. Wide screen tv. Housekeeping staff were really helpful. Close to Cardiff Bay and Mermaid Quay. Free parking, lots of spaces. Comfortable hotel, would definitely recommend and would stay here again or at Bristol or Plymouth.
