Fantastic room, had a family room as we had a baby! The room was massive and comfortable.the grounds of the hotel were lovely and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Staff were lovely and they allow dogs in for breakfast even gave our German shepherd a sausage for breakfast! Would 100% recommend it

Pros: Nice period property in the centre of Montrose.
Good location for attractions such as Lunan Bay, Dunnottar Castle etc.
Use of living room with microwave and plates+cutelry.
The room was clean, bathroom decent and looked like it was recently refurbished.
Bed linen and towels were soft.
It's dog friendly, that's why we chose it.
This property has a lot of potential, but nobody cares.
The beach is at the end of the street The hosts have thought of everything needed . Loved the complimentary soap candles shortbread etc . Amazing use of a small apartment. Will visit again hopefully. Short drive to Lunan bay and st Cyrus , stunning beaches .
