This was the perfect stop for us for an overnight in London. The restaurant & bar area was really warm and welcoming as we arrived and the staff were very attentive in giving us a walk around to make sure we knew where everything was. The room itself was clean, comfortable and way more than we were expecting. Every detail has been carefully through about, from the toiletries in the beautiful bathroom to the pieces of art on the walls. We felt a little like we were on a spa stay and wished we’d booked another night.

The receptionist was very kind in providing a welcome note for my sister to mark her kid's first visit to London. This was such a beautiful gesture as this request was made while making the reservation.
My last day, I met with one of the nicest receptionists in the hotel. Sadly I did not take note of his name but he was very pleasant and helpful with making taxi reservations for me as Uber was not forthcoming.
The Mattresses in the room are comfortable and I slept like a baby.
The Shower gel was amazing! I loved it.
