My wife loves how quirky the place was, small room but comfortable and warm, good food and great staff

Lovely furnishings and bathroom. Appreciated fridge, peep of sea from room, good wifi and parking at inn carpark. Excellent communication from host… convenient keycard entry Quiet village with store across road and level walk along foreshore to Fort George.
Location was great for our visits to Culloden Battlefield and Fort George. We parked at the pub, there were limited options elsewhere. Breakfast was great.
We really liked how the countryside was right beside us along with the coastline, where you could walk towards Fort George. We liked the service and how we would get fresh towels and how our room would look freshly cleaned once coming back from a long day of adventure. We liked the mini waterfall with amazing fish inside, a beautiful sight to see first thing in the morning right beside your window.
Nicely located property lovely views from cottage, great places to visit, Culloden battlefield, Fort George inverness castle to many things to do to mention, and owners always accessible for any problems if needed, hope to visit again.
Don't let your first appearances put you off a great place to stay. The rooms are excellently presented. The pub next door offers a full breakfast and superb food at night. Fort George down the road is worth a visit.
Really nice, large corner room in accommodation block across the road from the pub/restaurant. Fitted out to a modern standard. Excellent bathroom. All very clean. Excellent value for money. Food at restaurant also very decent, including breakfast on second day. Quiet village location. Well stocked convenience store open till 10pm a few yards down the road. The interesting Fort George only a couple of miles up the road.
The hotel is convenient for the airport, and is a nice walk along the beach path to Fort George. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the staff were friendly.
Breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wet room en-suite was huge.
The location is a bit remote but useful for visiting Fort George and the coast. Weather was not good whilst there so could not make proper use of the location.
Friendly staff , especially “Shona by the way” and Sheena. Great food . From our room we saw deer at times during the day and badgers at night. Great location for exploring Culloden Battlefield and Fort George.
