It was such a lovely experience. The property was clean and cosy. There were plenty of towels, pillows and fire wood.
We was left complimentary hot chocolates , biscuits and marshmallows which was a really nice touch for the kids.
With air-conditioned rooms, this hotel is 1 mile from Folkestone Eurotunnel terminal and a 20-minute drive from Dover Port. Wi-Fi is free in the public areas.

Everything was exceptional. My room was upgraded. The staff is friendly.
All around is clean and cozy. The room has everything you need. The hairdryer is located near the table with the mirror, which is very convenient. TVs in every room. Lighting deserves special attention. There is general light - bright for the whole room, and dim, muted and lamp. Switches in perfect locations. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has large dispensers with soap, hand lotion and shampoo.
Swimming pool, jacuzzii, sauna are good. They have a nice view of the garden.
Schedule is amazing: swimming pool and gym open very early and close at 2200.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained with a very authentic feel to it. We booked a dog friendly room and the staff were so accommodating to us, both at breakfasts and when coming and going. We were made to feel welcome at all times. We would definitely stay here again.
