We were travelling for a wedding so we only got to the hotel at nighttime and we left very early in the morning so we didn’t get to experience much.
When we checked in the lady at the front desk was very friendly and the security men on duty were helpful in locating a staff member to check in aswell as it was empty when we arrived.
We slept great and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was big and had loads of room to get ready in.

It was good experience overall but when my partner rebooked it for 2 more days it was over 300. Which is way too expensive

Location - Character was excellent and has potential to be great peaky blinders venue but was in the middle of renovations at the time of our stay.
The little kitchen-et in each room including little fridge, hob and microwave was great.

Beds were comfy. Rooms had what we needed in them....kettle and coffee/tea sachets. Tv's were good size so we could actually see the screen!! Staff were extremely helpful. Asked how to get heating on in our room and she put heating on straight away. They don't do a breakfast but we was told where we could get a good cooked breakfast literally down the road. We ate at the Pie Factory one teatime and the food was brilliant. Recommend the 'wham bam thank you lamb' pie....gorgeous and filling. It does get busy from teatime onwards so probably need to book
