I paid in advance to stay in an apartment one week. I contacted the landlord A DAY BEFORE TO inform what time I should arrive for check-in NEXT DAY. I asked to confirm my apartment with a terrace, kitchen, and washing machine. He denies saying all the pictures that I saw on my reservation are NOT MY APARTMENT. I requested he see my apartment pictures, but he refused, saying he has for me a small studio, no kitchen, no terrace, no washing machine. I requested free cancellation (I have been to more than 32 countries, never see any hotel or landlord show different pictures after tenant payment, INFORM THAT have no picture available to show me how looks like my partment that I paid in advance. I requested a free cancellation (day before), and he ignored it. I contacted booking.com, but they take 24 hours to answer any request. For that reason, I had no option. I come to check in next day. Totally opposite than expected. I'm glad to share my amazing experience and advice: I don't recommend that property.

If you visit Cardiff bay - go see the Welsh government building The senedd amazing building - free to enter. Also the Norwegian church and take a boat ride round the bay. We took a ride on daffodil 🌼 a small boat with a lovely skipper who knew so much about the history of the bay. In a morning we packed so much in. Loved our trip to Cardiff Bay.

Check out the aqua park, bit of a walk away but well worth it for a group of mates to have some good fun. DO NOT get a taxi straight to the aqua park, get it to the bay and walk there, otherwise you'll miss your session trust me

Lovely clean apartment, easy check in, good communication, lift access, quiet, perfect for us Loads of food/bars/coffee/breakfast in Cardiff Bay which is a cracking place to stay. Use the ferry to the city centre. Taxi is £10 Ferry £15 for 2 but very nice..
Very nice breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold food. Great location for the city centre or Cardiff Bay. The hotel is modern and clean, with helpful staff
The location had many positives, including free parking on site, Sainsbury's right across the road, It was very close to Cardiff city centre (eg 10 mins walk to Cardiff castle) and only 2 minutes walk to Queen street station where you could get a cheap three minute train to Cardiff Bay. We never had to use the car once while we were there. The apartment was indeed spacious and very handy to have 2 bathrooms. Fixtures and fittings in kitchen very good. Smart TV useful.
The staff, the hotel and the excellent value.
It's close to Cardiff Bay.
Easy bus access to my venue.
The historical architecture of the building, it's interior and the atmosphere of the place.
Lovely.
Comfortable bed, enough space within the room to move around and designate separation between areas. Turn down service offered daily with replenished towels if used. Location is very close to town centre (10 minutes walk) with some bus links outside the hotel. Only 25 minutes away from Cardiff Bay, walking in a straight line.
Great communication from start to finish, very comfortable apartment in a great location to Cardiff Bay..
Tea and coffee supplies were not mentioned in description however we were very pleased to find these provided upon our arrival.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and lovely from reception to the evening staff and breakfast.
The room was lovely and clean. We only needed somewhere to stay After becky hill (in Cardiff bay) this hotel was right next to Cardiff Central train station it was perfect.
Location is excellent. Easy access to public transport. You could easily walk to Cardiff bay or city centre . Apartment was clean and bed comfortable. Tv and cooking facilities
The apartment is big, clean, with parking (ask for a badge). The area is not fancy but you can easily and safely walk to Cardiff bay and the city center.
