The reception staff member who was on duty when we arrived made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff, especially Karen, were also friendly and chatting to us. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. We have family in Scotland and visit often so we will stay again definitely. Glad to have found the hotel.

Really useful location in a beautiful castle, located conveniently close to the main road but far away enough to be quiet!
I loved the decor and all the little touches in the room. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend it.

The apartments were absolutely gorgeous, decorated beautifully. Great location for exploring Falkirk (Kelpies, wheel, Callendar House) handy retail park just behind. Then onward to Edinburgh.
Fantastic facilities in a quaint and cosy setting. The staff are extremely helpful and obliging with any queries and the welcome pack and information pack were brilliant. A great location to stay when exploring the wonderful sights of Falkirk as we did (Kelpies, Callendar House and the Falkirk wheel). Loved having a hot tub, which was a real bonus to relax in. can’t wait to go back!
