Incredible service from the manager. Unfortunately there was an issue with the room but they found me an incredible alternative for the night.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Close to Shops.2minte drive to asda. Walking 5minte to caerphilly Castle. I absolutely love that cleaning product was made available.
Steve is a wonderful host and very kind. He will provide all advice necessary and it’s nice and interesting to have a chat with him about other topics as well. The room was very clean and spacious. Easy parking. Very nice location to explore the nearby Caerphilly Castle. It’s really worth it. And Cardiff is only a short drive away. All in all I wish we had stayed longer than only one night.
The property was centrally located with excellent views of Caerphilly castle right across the road. The apartment was delightful; bright, airy, clean and fully equipped. There was tea, coffee, bread and milk left for us which was a lovely touch. I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. There is also an overnight security guard who was so lovely and accommodating.
Location was perfect for a visit to Caerphilly castle and village. Availability of a private parking was a plus (no need to park on the side of the road).
The owner was very kind and friendly and gave us good suggestions also for the following days of our trip across Wales. Really appreciated !!
