If it's been snowing lately, make sure to bring snowshoes.
If it's been snowing lately, make sure to bring snowshoes. The trails are not packed good enough to walk by foot. Bring your headlamp and enjoy et rare spots without light pollution from the centre. The first bit is very steep and can feel very hard. It's ok to stop after maybe 1km or so, as the area is pretty similar to the end.
